Inês holds a Music BA from Brunel University London, where she developed her skills in audio recording, editing, mixing, and mastering. She also studied a Postgraduate degree in Music Production and Creation at ETIC, in Lisbon. To further refine her skills in sound design for media, Inês pursued a Master’s degree in Sound Design at Universidade Católica Portuguesa do Porto. Currently, Inês works as a sound designer and audio engineer at Guel Produções Audiovisuais, handling voiceover recording, audio editing, mixing, and mastering, and sound design for commercial videos. Inês is proficient in DAWs such as Logic Pro, Pro Tools, and Nuendo, as well as industry standard plug-ins from FabFilter, iZotope and Steinberg, including iZotope RX, Ozone 9 and 11, FabFilter Pro-Q 3, Steinberg Maximizer, among others. In addition to her work in audio post-production, Inês is also a composer, sound artist, and songwriter. She enjoys exploring creative soundscapes through music composition and experimental sound design, often incorporating both orchestral and electronic elements.
