Hello there, I am Marco, I am a Senior Multimedia Designer and Filmmaker currently based in Rome, Italy. I work across a broad range of visual practices, including motion and graphic design, filmmaking, and photography, with passion, curiosity, and commitment. For the past 20 years, I have freelanced across the industry, collaborating with a variety of studios, ad agencies, and production companies in Italy and abroad. I began my career as a web designer in new media agencies, crafting web interfaces and animations. After a few years, I transitioned to video and motion design and started freelancing. My expertise primarily lies in motion design, especially in spatial design for events, performances, and immersive experiences. However, my experience spans many areas of the video and design industry, including content creation for broadcast, identity packages, social ads, explainers, online campaigns, commercial and music videos, and digital out-of-home (DOOH) media, to name a few. I have gained international experience, having spent 9 years in Berlin and previously working 16 years in Milan. Since 2023, I have been teaching new media at NABA, the New Academy of Fine Arts in Rome, while continuing to freelance for studios in Rome, Milan, and Berlin. I always strive to push myself exploring new creative solutions and aiming for higher levels of design quality.
