I'm a designer from Las Vegas, but most of my clients are from the East Coast. I've spent over 15 years working in a telecommunications company as the lead on UX and UI design development, collaborating with talented individuals. During this time, I've been awarded over 40 patents and accolades. Subsequently, I had the opportunity to launch my own service platform start-up and managed it for over 3 years, gaining valuable experience in project management and leadership. I then transitioned to new opportunities in industries such as Fintech, Pharmaceuticals, e-commerce, product development, and technology. I've tackled complex project challenges in areas such as design processes, visual solutions, creating new products and services, engaging existing users, reducing subscription churn, and increasing ROI. As a designer, most of these projects are hands-on, and/or work closely with the team because I believe in leading by example.
