Hey! I'm Josef Schneider. I'm originally from the Czech Republic, but I've been living in Mexico City, Mexico for the past 3 years. Currently, I work as a Video Editor at Port Cities, where I've been employed since June 2021. My main responsibility is producing videos for the company's YouTube channel. I handle the entire process, from developing the initial strategy to publishing the final video. When it comes to video editing, I always strive for inspiration and aim to improve each video compared to the previous one. This can involve adding different transitions, incorporating motion graphics, or making adjustments that enhance the story and effectively convey the intended message to the target audience. Continuous learning is important to me, so I actively watch other creators, filmmakers, and video producers to seek inspiration and discover new techniques that I can apply in my own videos. I initially began my video production journey with Final Cut Pro, but after a few months, I switched to Premiere Pro, which has been my preferred software ever since. As I delved into motion graphics, I also started using Adobe After Effects to enhance my videos. Apart from video production, I am also passionate about time management and productivity. I am interested in finding ways to accomplish more in less time without experiencing burnout. Over the years, I have developed my own personal productivity system, primarily utilizing Notion.
