My name is Kurt Niedermeier. As an award-winning creative professional, I partner with clients around the world to help them achieve greater impact, and make things better. William Shakespeare once wrote that the object of art is to give life a shape. I believe that the object of graphic design is to give business a shape. Whether it’s a fresh new identity program, a striking piece of corporate collateral, show-stopping packaging graphics, or a head-turning brand revitalization effort, the objective is always the same: use thoughtful strategies and strong visual storytelling to captivate audiences, and move people to affection. I have worked as an independent graphic designer since 2000. My work spans a wide range of clients, and covers a variety of industries and service categories, from local mom-and-pops to international non-profits, and most everything in between. Regardless of whether you are a novice brand looking to make a strong first impression, a challenger brand hoping to rise above the competition, or a non-profit seeking better ways to deliver on mission, I understand the critical role design plays in helping you get noticed, and the ongoing effort it takes to stay relevant. Depending on the type and nature of the assignment, I am ready to offer my input, insights and expertise at any point along the way to help you arrive at a design solution that reflects your individual needs, and meets your current and future growth expectations. _Website not available. uniE621 Report on Process Tracing
Evaluators work in the social innovation space, where inspiration is limitless and resources are limited. For those seeking the support needed to test or scale their efforts, it’s important to show how their contributions effect positive change. However, similar to a detective searching for clues, this evidence can be hard to come by, especially when it lives within complex, dynamic contexts. Process tracing is an evaluative methodology that helps social innovators understand how large-scale changes—be it policy changes, systems changes, or cultural shifts—actually happen. The story of how these changes happen includes both the steps taken to achieve the change (e.g., a program) along with other contributing events, forces, or factors in the larger context. By focusing on stories of change, the process tracing method provides a structure for understanding contributions that are inclusive, rigorous, and open to emergence. graphicdesigner illustrator designer branding
