Lavi was the ideal employee, friendly, helpful, patient and calm under fire, able to use her own considerable experience as a videographer and animator to advise and assist our customers with technical and creative problems in their own work.
Most importantly, to us at least, Lavi quickly established herself as a highly competent and organised person who immersed herself in the minutiae of MLS business, the behind-the-scenes logistic and administrative activity needed to maintain a busy and expanding service. She became an extension of the full-time staff, trusted to be left in sole charge or join us for the frantic times of peak demand, when you have to have your wits about you. When it was quiet, Lavi demonstrated an unusual capacity to identify and tackle some of the longest-standing and most mundane issues in our operation, another facet of just how seriously Lavi took her role, a professionalism that went far beyond her part-time hours and pay.
We’re unfortunately not able to employ Lavi any longer – the MLS Assistant role is for students only, and Lavi has left us to begin her career in the creative industries.
