Initially forging a career in the editorial news and sports photography world, Lucas progressed into doing more commercial work, diversifying into motion, then choosing to move from freelance to agency side, becoming an accomplished cinematographer, editor and colourist along the way. Never satisfied to stand still, Lucas has always pushed to operate at a high level in each discipline. Lucas is also uniquely placed in the production and social media world. Working agency side opened the door professional training in social media management in early 2015.
