Maddi Lasker is a multi-talented vocalist, music director, voice actor, film composer, and award-winning arranger. Whether she is singing background vocals for Karen O and Danger Mouse in a performance of their GRAMMY® nominated track “Woman,” performing with Pentatonix at the Hollywood Bowl, or garnering millions of views on YouTube as a voice actress, Maddi brings a wealth of musical expertise to everything she does. She recently graduated from USC Thornton's Popular Music Program as a voice emphasis with a minor in Music Industry. At USC, Maddi served as the music director of the acclaimed a cappella group, the SoCal VoCals, leading the group to numerous competition victories, including a 2nd place finish at the International Championship of Collegiate A Cappella (ICCA). Her talent has been showcased at prestigious events honoring artists including P!nk and GRAMMY® Award-winning songwriter Autumn Rowe. Maddi’s tenure at USC and in The SoCal VoCals allowed her to explore talents like arranging, for which she received the “Outstanding Arrangement” award at the 2023 ICCA West Quarterfinal with her two co-arrangers. She also had the opportunity to co-arrange a version of P!nk’s Billboard Hot 100 hit song “What About Us” which was performed in honor of P!nk. Presently, Maddi professionally records and arranges background vocals for various artists. As a voice actress, Maddi can be heard on various platforms and networks. She also composes for short films, both collaborating with the USC School of Cinematic Arts and doing professional composition work outside of school.
