Getting to the heart of a good story is what I love the most, but I could talk about films and making films all the livelong day. Finding genuinely interesting characters and telling their stories in a beautifully-crafted film, is what keeps me so excited about the work I do. The film production company I run, The Birdhouse Studio, are known for creativity but also hitting tight deadlines under pressure. In the year following lockdown, we’ve successfully shot and delivered over 250 films, all safely within covid restrictions, on budget and on time.
