    The AFENDS website had become cluttered with overlapping code, excessive fonts, outdated features, and inconsistent functionality. I collaborated closely with the developer to rebuild the site from the ground up, focusing on a cleaner, more cohesive design and mobile-first functionality—making it feel more like an app. We streamlined the customer service experience by centralizing resources and introduced a 'container' system to structure content. This approach enforced strict grid rules while allowing creative flexibility, ensuring seamless responsiveness from large to small screens. Bold imagery highlighted the clothing, while size guides and product descriptions were made hyper-visible. webdesign
