As an Artist, I am and will always look to perfect my craft. When it comes to the art of songwriting, it allows me to tune into the environment and turn my ideas into a song. Having the skill to communicate my message to the listener by creating mental images with words in the most powerful and moving way is what I always strive for. I'm also very deliberate in my work, which allows me to avoid being over-emotionally attached or judgmental when it comes to the song at hand. I always keep in mind who I am writing the song for and what they are thinking and feeling when they hear my words and melody, so i'm open to ideas that differ from my own as well. I know that truly great ideas for my art comes from every day life. Tho I can show an audience how I feel, I can’t tell an audience how they should feel or act.
