It's designed for small and medium merchants and provides quick access for big merchants like Daraz to manage vendors. The app also enables order tracking and a quick review of order status. It aims to enhance logistic services for Paperfly's clients. The ideation meeting organized by Paperfly for the beta release of their mobile app for their existing merchants: Identified problems with Paperfly's mobile app for existing merchants and its effectiveness The app does not focus on the needs of merchants. The order and account creation processes are too lengthy. The app's process flow does not follow modern ideation or user flow patterns. The options or scope available to merchants are too limited. Big merchants may not find this app useful for their operations. There is no option for bulk order creation, and merchants have to create new orders for every location. Identified UX issues with the proposed features for the Merchant App. The process for creating an account and getting approved as a merchant may be unclear or overly complex, leading to a barrier to entry for potential users. The analytics provided may not be comprehensive enough to meet the needs of the user, potentially leading to frustration or a lack of trust in the app's capabilities. The order creation process may not be intuitive or user-friendly, leading to potential errors or difficulties for merchants trying to place orders. NOW… THE ACTUAL FEEDBACK TO HELP IMPROVE THE DESIGN🙈 When I conducted research after the system launch into the market, also find several issues with customers. But for the improvement of the design, we pause a little bit and create version 2 schematics for this design. The first and major issue is load time issues, the system is too slow to load. When all pages are aligned we found several things some users won’t interact with the new system properly. Though the percentage is too low. So decided to stick with the old version for those users. Some features are missing like Audio video calls, Calendar previews. Smart agreement. The subscription model is not a piece of cake for freelancers out there. It's a new company so clients are not able to interact with the system properly, so we have to implement several things like freelancer category shortcuts, and a smart filter. No portfolio showcase system is there.

    The idea is too simple to implement. The farmer needs a perfect channel to find all kinds of updates for crops, weather, and soil to get accurate results while using fertilizer. So the company plans to use some aggregators who help farmers using real-time data. Why Sesame? A fastest growing farmer market to make a buffer effect to create a perfect update for farmers, and also the employees who work for farmers as well. Give farmers precise weather updates and effortless selling before harvesting. The process I used to complete this project My approach to reaching the product goal of Sesame Explore: First I explore the product, it's a research-grade product. As a result, I can’t find any moldboard in the open market. So first I collected the data from regular farmer workers assigned by the government. I define the product according to the eye of people who work for farmers. Defining goals using the data and also finding several challenges. Research: I collect the problems directly from farmers. I created several scenarios and also read research papers for farmers and crops. I collected several keywords which are relevant to my niche. I can’t find any competitors for this particular product. All papers and articles I read for this project. Click here Observation: According to my analysis and also the data I collected from the research paper and user personas farmers have no proper monitoring system. Marketplace for selling and marketplace for getting the proper product is quite an intensive job for farmers. Acquired land for farming is decreasing. Design (Prototype) and Evaluation: I started with two different prototypes. And started the mapping of information architecture and Ui parrels. Here are some examples. For this product, I don’t create any wireframe to measure the risk of the feature. First prototype (45% of users can use from user persona)Final design after 5 iterations
