uniE608 A Piece of You - Short Film
It can be the smallest thing, that makes you miss the one you love. This short film teases the quaint, timid and fragile moments and memories we hold on to after a relationship comes to an end. Reminiscing about what made you feel safe and special about someone can feel like a warm safety pillow, that is hard to let go off. Maybe some people hold on to that feeling that a little too long? Stuck in isolation, I had Filmsupply credits, a green yoga mat and some clementines. So I wrote this script and combined stock footage with scenes I filmed myself at home to visualise the story. At the end of the film you can see a sequence of how this all came to life. video advert filmdirector videoeditor

    uniE608 Powered by V
In this project, I worked as a creative mentor throughout the whole production helping the creators make their vision come alive. I had ongoing one to one production meetings with the creators where I guided them through smooth planning. I helped them create storyboards and provided them with a production deck with helpful assets such as how to do budgets, casting, and how to best prepare their shoot. I also helped them with their post production such as editing, grading and sound design. Brief As part of the 2022 election campaign, Vänsterpartiet wanted to reach out to people living in politically disadvantaged areas but were lacking the cultural competence, access, and knowledge required to create trust and commitment. In this target group, trust in politicians is low, and voter turnout reflects that. Insight People don’t trust politicians, but they do trust their friends. Solution Why would a person from the suburbs rather stand on a stage and read a poem, than go and vote? Because he feels that there is more hope for the future in a poem than in voting for a political party. The creativity of the target group is one of the most innovative in the country. So we wanted to show that politics is also their stage. Powered by V is a campaign concept based on the target group’s sense of pride and need to be listened to. By giving creators from the target group the budget, support and space to create short films for social media, we allow them to show their creativity, tell their story and share their political analysis. In doing so, Powered by V democratises the debate by empowering those most talked about, but rarely included, to tell their own story.
uniE608 Polar Night - Title Sequence
A small town secret unfolds when a journalist settles down in this Nordic noir set in arctic Norway. Using Filmsupply’s stockfootage, the task was to find 12 clips and put together a title sequence for a mad- up show or film and edit in a way that tells the story with imagination and style. By structuring it as a story played backwards, builds suspense and leaves the audience to question how it ended up as it did, including aesthetic, atmospheric scenes that introduce the environment. This creative won runner up in Filmsupply Editfest 2019. video filmdirector videoeditor
    uniE608 Hello Canada
Here’s a little mood film with some sweet moments from our trip to Canada, August 2019. I wanted to create something that I could feel nostalgic about. To remember how the gentle giants in the water made us feel humbled and small and the wonder of seeing them in their natural habitat. The remote cow girl life and the sounds of horses breathing out the cold morning mist. The smell of the pine in summer and how the mountains where pretty, but my friends were even prettier. That’s something I’ll never forget. video advert animator videoeditor filmdirector
    uniE608 True Cat Lover
I was given free reins to create a new social media film for Cats Protection to recruit more donors. The internet is full of cats and it’s is no question that cat videos rule the internet. They do – and people are proud of loving both their own and other people’s cats when they are online. From looking at the comments on some of Cats Protections facebook posts, I noticed that it sometimes seemed like a competition between supporters and followers of who actually loves cats the most. So I thought it would be interesting and funny to create a film in the style of a quiz, where you can find out if you are really the biggest cat lover on the internet. The graphics, imagery and animations are all bold, colourful and very much on the silly side, to fit in with the crazy-cat-internet vibe. People should be praised for supporting cats as much as they do, so if they answer yes to the silly questions in the quiz, they are crowned and honoured. video advert filmdirector videoeditor animator
    uniE608 That's Why We Fight
Greenpeace has been around for many years – enough to leave a legacy behind. In this campaign they wanted to use their ‘heroes’ from within the organisation to share their message of global warming activism and how we can save the planet. With a limited budget and corona restrictions we were unable to shoot, so we instead asked the GP activists to shoot their lines on the phone, like to would an instagram story, to make it feel more authentic and urgent. Because GP are big on events, I created a museum-like environment for this film to be projected and interacted with through VFX. This gives the viewer the feeling that they are sharing a passionate moment of climate action with other people and Greenpeace. I worked as Art Director, Editor and VFX Artist on this project, teamed up with a copywriter. filmdirector videoeditor advert animator video
    uniE608 Lille Du
I was asked to created a social media promo for knitting designer ‘Knit by Trine P’ to show off the designs in her new book ‘Lille du Ministrik’. I tagged along to the photoshoot for the designs and captured little moments from the adorable kids playing around and modelling the clothing. I wanted to create a film that was in tone with the minimalistic, scandinavian brand, but with a retro feel to combine the cuteness of kids being dressed up nicely, and the interior of the room they are playing in. The edit is made up of small flashes of ‘memories’ of children looking their best and being happy, like when you reminisce about a wedding party. The knitwear is featured in close ups, to make the intimate details on clothes stand out.
    uniE608 Critically Endangered
100 Rhino’s are killed every month, that’s 3 rhinos slaughtered every day. Today 5,000 black rhinos remain in the wild. We were asked to create a digital ad for WWF’s social media to recruit new rhino sponsors. I wanted the theme of time to have an effect in this edit as to signify how rapidly we are loosing them. So this creative is moving with the sound of a clock ticking to create an uncomfortable silence and suspense. I’ve simplified the message by building the concept into sections, that each as a headline that is being type on as we watch it, ending with the heroes on the frontline, protecting a rhino. filmdirector advert video videoeditor
    uniE608 Imagination
Background Surviving war and escaping fighters is one thing. But the life after that has many repercussions and can cause severe trauma in refugee children. Insight UNHCR can’t stop the wars and conflict destroying so many young lives, but we can be there to help pick up the pieces and help them to be children again. During a filming trip in Ethiopia we’ve collected some stories and footage from lone refugee children. Solution To make people understand how severe the trauma of war is, this concept brings the vulnerability of refugee children into perspective by indirectly showing how war – and losing their parents mentally scars children for life, through a child’s drawing filmdirector advert video videoeditor animator
    uniE608 The Birthday - ManyPets
Background Create a 360 ° tactical campaign that will attract new dog and cat owners to insure their animals with ManyPets by highlighting the strongest selling points. Insight ManyPets has spoken to thousands og pet owners and know exactly what what they want out of an insurance. Solution We have developed a concept that tells the consumer that ManyPets are familiar with strange, ordinary, fun and completely crazy situations that can arise as pet owners – but also what they can do to solve that situation, giving every selling point their own story to shine. video filmdirector advert videoeditor
    uniE608 Next Generation - Greenpeace
Greenpeace has been around for many years – enough to leave a legacy behind. In this campaign they wanted to use their ‘heroes’ from within the organisation to share their message of global warming activism and how we can save the planet. With a limited budget and corona restrictions we were unable to shoot, so we instead asked the GP activists to shoot their lines on the phone, like to would an instagram story, to make it feel more authentic and urgent. I then created a dynamic edit around the script with several graphic ‘call to actions’ making it impossible to stop watching and following GP’s rallying message.
