Based on customer insights and commercial goals, created a simple and elegant team collaboration platform design of Lark, achieving double-index growth of user satisfaction and revenue beyond expectations - Responsible for overall team performance and resource allocation, project management, and established a culture of diversity, inclusive, rapid growth, and design excellence - Lead Lark to achieve the All-In-One UX goal from conception to launch in partnership with cross-functional teams, built successful practices across time zones, languages, and commercials with ByteDance internal teams such as TikToc, Douyin, and CapCut.
