Yujiro Okazaki / Music Producer, Trackmaker, Orchestrator, MixEngineer Heisei college of music (in japan) Graduated from Department of Instrumental Music I was born in Fukuoka, Japan. As a child, I took piano lessons and listened to Bach and Beethoven, while being fascinated by the sounds of Billy Joel and the Bee Gees. In high school, he played bass in a band while obsessed with synth sounds and studied manipulation. And later I enrolled in the Junior College of Music, where I majored in organ. During college and after graduation, I became obsessed with jazz and fusion music and became obsessed with copying those songs. I introduced DAWs and samplers because I was so shocked when I listened the electric unit "deep forest”.It was also at that time that I began to enter the world of film scores and underscores. After graduating from university, I was involved in the production of TV and radio commercials, VPs, event music, and facility environmental sounds in the local area (Fukuoka Prefecture), and later moved to Tokyo. Since then, I has composed, arranged, and sound-produced music for artists and CD projects, and produced music and sound for TV shows, movies, animation, and commercials. Of course, I respect Hans Zimmer. Rob Simonsen, Lorne Balfe, marcelo zarvos, Danny Bensi, Joe Kraemer, there are many composers I respect. I also like European sounds and admire Max Richter, Jóhann Jóhannsson, gabriel yared, George Fenton, alberto iglesias, etc. At the same time, a desire to create dark, distorted, yet beautiful electric pop music swirls in the back of my mind. I actually make such music in my life's work. So I can say that I am good at blending electric elements with orchestral music in the field of filmscore and underscore. # In 2017, he taught the workshop "Orchestral Simulation with Software Sound Source" at the symposium "Film Music and Computer Technology" held at the Tokyo University of the Arts.
