Collaborating closely with the team, we engaged in brainstorming sessions to explore innovative ways to enhance user retention and provide even more value to businesses utilizing our platform to ship products. Through these collaborative efforts, we sought to create a seamless and delightful experience that would encourage long-term engagement and loyalty.

This aimed to incentivize users to ship more products, creating a win-win situation for both businesses and Topship. By implementing the VIB feature, we sought to recognize and reward our most valuable users, acknowledging their loyalty and frequent usage of our platform. Goal of the project
Our primary goal was to create a user-friendly platform that would build trust and encourage users to save, invest, and spend their money with Optimus. To achieve this, we focused on designing a seamless onboarding experience that would guide users through the various features of the product, while also creating an engaging and intuitive interface that would make it easy for them to track their payments, save for personal goals, and plan their financial future.
We also aimed to leverage Afrinvest's expertise in asset management to offer users the best investment portfolio types from around the world, all on one simple and secure platform. Ultimately, our goal was to amass 2 billion Naira (3 million dollars) in assets under management over the next year, and we believe that our user-centric approach, combined with the power of technology and expert financial management, has put us well on the path to achieving that goal.
One of the key design challenges was creating a seamless onboarding experience that would help users easily transition through the flows while getting a basic understanding of the Optimus experience and feature
To achieve this, I started by mapping out the user journey and identifying key touch-points where users might need additional guidance or support.
