Describe your deal goal for this project.

• To produce a stunning soundtrack to enhance the user experience of seeing the showcase videos. Needs to be appropriately emotive with energy as there will be construction visuals and the final display viewed by the public.

What’s your main source of inspiration / examples?

• Any Warhol

• YouTube and on-site presentation, possibly TV.

• I am part of a Studio that produce Visual Media Solutions.

• End of September/Beginning of October.

What’s your budget - are you flexible?

• Flexible but need to receive quotations based on per Video. I would like to understand your process to work along side the post-edit process for this project. I will have the more specific details in a couple of weeks.
  Initially what is your hourly rate and anticipated cost for:
  1 Video soundtrack
  2 Video soundtracks
  3 Video soundtracks
  etc.
  I have to showcase the constructions and display of the various sites around Croydon, London UK
  Style of music needs to reflect Andy Warhol’s painting styles.

There may well be a main video that is longer than the others and shorter ones for publicity purposes, each will need appropriate soundtracks.

As I explained, this is an initial quotation as part of a complete quotation to my client.

Prospects of future work.

• If this work goes down well, this will be a yearly Arts project commissioned by the local council, so there is strong possibilities for repeat business.

Final note:

• I will need to experience samples of your work, as many as you like to give me a feel of how you’ve handled a variety of projects.
