Happy Birthday Presentation

Hello,

I am organising my company conference at The Hotel Mundial in Lisbon on 15/11/2019. I can imagine that we will need someone for 15 minutes some time between 4-5pm, we wont know the exact time until the day, as it depends on how long the other conference aspects take.

At the end of the conference we are celebrating the company’s 6th birthday. We have a video presentation of photos as well as a cake and sparkling wine to celebrate at the end.

I had the idea that along side this, musicians could arrive into the room and sing/ play happy birthday. This is all that would be required, but I am struggling to locate anyone.

I am open to any ideas that anyone may have on this!
