SUMMARY
Print & Finishing Solutions is looking for a creative graphic designer with experience in both print and electronic media. We’re looking for someone who can take direction from written or spoken ideas and convert them seamlessly into images, layouts and other designs.The successful candidate should have an intimate understanding of how marketing campaigns work, preferably in the automotive or heavy equipment sector. We work in a fast-paced environment, so the ideal Graphic Designer will be able to hit the ground running. Applicants with experience leading creative teams and designing with other professionals will be given prime consideration.

Hours are flexible however, will need to be available on a project-to-project basis. When working on a project, must be available during the hours of 8am-5pm. This position can be remote and/or at the PFS offices.

Responsibilities

• Create visual aspects of marketing materials, print, websites and other media
• Produce marketing materials that are ready for digital and offset print
• Design electronic media elements for website and beyond
• Generate design and marketing ideas to ensure success of marketing initiatives
• Communicate and work well in a small, dynamic team environment
• Consult with marketing, sales and service teams to create cohesive designs
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously (when necessary)

Job Requirements

• BA in Fine Art or Graphic Design
• Extensive experience with Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign, specifically for mockups, web design and multimedia presentation
• 2+ years in professional commercial design, preferably working with automobile or heavy equipment companies (not required)
• Experience working with WordPress templates
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to absorb and apply constructive criticism from peers
• Produce professional quality videos for distribution on YouTube and other sites
• Comfortable and flexible enough to work under tight deadlines
• Professional appearance and ability to interact with individuals from all backgrounds
• Strong work ethic – dedicated to getting the job done
• Clean criminal and work background histories
• Interest in growing with PFS – potential expanded duties in the future
