Team Leader

We offer online training to students wishing to improve their spoken english. as part of our offer we have developed online poetry sessions. In these we have a Team Leader who reads the poem and then moderates a short (5 minute) discussion.
The sessions last 60-90 minutes and are scheduled at certain times of the day each week (we offer sessions 7 days a week). Hence we offer the opportunity for regular work which is varied and interesting. Most of the students are young learners and are aged between 10-16 years of age. They come from a range of countries but all have the goal of improving their spoken english.
You can work hours that suit your schedule, can work from wherever providing you have a quiet location with a good internet connect. You can use either a laptop or a PC. We will give you training on how to log on and how to develop and manage a session.
We require no prior experience of training. Rather we need native english speakers who have a personality that allows them to read poetry or stories in a way that captures the imagination of the young learner students and how can discuss the poem or story with them for a few minutes.
The job is highly flexible, involves no travel and is fun and never repetitive. As we develop our business we will look to offer our products to students in Asia and Africa, so the opportunity to work outside the regular UK work day is a possibility.
