Illustration required for a website

I am interested in getting an illustration made for the hero section on my website. I have a style and concept in mind but need someone to create the artwork.

The idea for the hero section is a human hand touching the digital computer hand, which is a reference to the Michelangelo, The creation of Adam.

Size: 1900x1200px, Vector. Since this will be for a website we would like the raw file so we can export as we like.
