Who are you, and what do you do? I’m realtor and mentor/coach to realtors. 30 years in the industry, owned brokerages and lead large teams. Written articles for real estate publications.

What’s the project, and what do you need from a freelancer? I want to write a book for Realtors but not exclusively for them. It will be a book that any entrepreneur will benefit from.

When do you need you project delivered? I’d like to get going on it pretty much right away.

Can you provide examples of your preferred style?
I’m not 100% sure I understand what is meant by style here? I want to intertwine my life’s curriculum with my life’s creation , which is The Platinum Process Home Selling System. I created this from 2009 to 2013 and have since trained realtors across North America in it. It is a three pillar training program built on personal development, philosophical expansion and technical mastery. I love the Go-Giver series of books which were written as parables. What I envision is not a parable but my own life and business experiences/stories intertwined with the four home selling principles and 5 home selling fundaments I created. I’m not interested in writing a technical sales manual as that would be far to dry. My business story is a very unique one and it will provide a human component of struggles with inner demons, ego, limiting beliefs that everyone deals with on their way to the best version of themselves. Ultimately that’s what I want this book to be a “Best Version Of Yourself,” guide to business success. Conquering the challenges of what it means to be human while learning to serve and create differentiated results at the highest level.
