SUMMARY OF SERVICES:
Deliver results for AEO marketing through completing email and mobile marketing tasks. Tasks include but are not limited to the day-to-day production of email and mobile marketing campaigns and assists with related marketing and technology projects.

WORK REQUIREMENTS:

• Coordinate with AEO’s cross-functional merchandising, planning, marketing, and IT teams to design, produce, proof, approve, and deliver email and mobile campaigns by required deadlines.
• Partner with AEO’s database marketing team to communicate target audience requirements and segmentation across brands and campaigns.
• Work with AEO’s creative and engineering teams to ensure accuracy of creative & HTML hand off.
• Work closely with third party vendors to communicate AEO’s campaign requirements and outline milestone dates.
• Secure appropriate promotion codes and AEO campaign disclosures/terms & conditions.
• Review AEO’s email/mobile proofs to ensure accurate content and audience selection.
• Assist with AEO’s reporting and email/mobile marketing metrics/analysis.
• Assist with implementation of new AEO initiatives, testing cadence, and special email projects.
• Track competitive programs and marketplace trends and keep abreast of email/mobile best practices.

REQUIRED SKILLS, CREDENTIALS, AND LICENSES

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business
• High proficiency in digital technology
• High degree of proficiency MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated collaborative skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
• Self-motivated with critical attention to detail

DESIRED SKILLS AND CREDENTIALS

• 1 to 2 years Marketing experience. Omni-channel retailer preferred.
• Strong analytical, presentation, project management & planning skills
• Understanding of customer relationship marketing
