We are looking for a Lead QA Engineer to join our fast-growing engineering team. The role is suited to a skilled QA Engineer who will play a central role in building the QA strategy from scratch.

This is an influential role in our Tech team and we’re looking for an experienced individual who relishes the chance to challenge themselves with a fast-paced and progressive tech environment. There will be plenty of progression on offer as we look to build the size of the team.

This is an initial 12-month FTC.

What you’ll be doing…

• Building out a testing strategy and end-to-end testing process
• Developing reliable & scalable automated testing for our software
• Working closely with engineering on all testing and deployments
• Identifying and capturing happy-path and edge-case scenarios across different regions, browser locales and implementation configurations

What we’re looking for…

• You can confidently communicate with users and key stakeholders in order to listen, gain insight, share knowledge and collaboratively create.
• Strong experience with testing quality accessible experiences
• Experience with automated testing
• Deep understanding of modern browsers and devices (and their quirks!)
• Familiarity with modern, JavaScript-powered E2E test frameworks. (e.g. Cypress, Playwright, TestCafe)
• Experience working with TypeScript is beneficial
