The Role:

Craft Worldwide is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to assist the Global Operations Director and Senior Leadership team in delivering on an ambitious global transformation project encompassing organizational, process/operational, and tech stack workstreams.

Maintain detailed workstream trackers, timelines, and deliverable/owner schedules. Communicate and inform the senior management team through a weekly status meeting delivering detailed project updates on the performance and progress of all tasks across all workstream, highlighting any concerns/opportunities as they arise to ensure successful delivery and add value to the company.

The Project Manager will also play a pivotal role within the team, from project governance, to championing project management best practices, advising on structure, standardizing status and burn reporting, timing plans, and assisting with key stakeholder communications across our global teams.

What You Will Do:

The overall responsibility of this individual is to assist the Global Operations Director and Senior Leadership team by project managing the timelines and effort required to achieve project objectives.

- Assisting Global Operations Director to set and manage goals for various tasks, across multiple workstreams, in accordance with the company’s strategic objectives

- Timeline creation/adaptation and governance to minimize slippage or delays

- Planning project tasks throughout their life to completion including processes, milestones, and deadlines

- Monitoring and reporting on project progress, ensuring that all participants and upper management are aligned and informed

- Running weekly upper management status meeting with accurate and detailed status/presentations

- Applying resource and risk management principles as needed

- Assisting with leadership and wider-organizational communications

Who You Will Be:

To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrable previous relevant experiences and skills with the following:

Qualifications:

- Proven track record of successfully managing projects on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization

- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and mitigate risks and issues

- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices

- PMP certification or equivalent is a plus

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field

- High proficiency with MS Office suite and exceptional MS Excel skills

- Prior experience working in a print, digital, or video production is desired
