The Role:

As a Creative Studio Manager, you will lead the smooth running of the Creative Hub workflow and processes and ensure this team of creatives (copywriters & designers) is able to respond to the expectations and needs of the wider organisation.

An ideal candidate for the role will also be / have:

• Lived experience (s) or evidence of learning/taking action on anti-racism and inequalities.
• Experience of management of a creative studio, and successful development, implementation and oversight of creative process.
• Understanding of the role of storytelling in creating change.
• Negotiating and influencing internally at corporate level.
• Good project management ability; managing expectations, projects, costs, short- and long-term planning.
