Who We Want to Join the Team:

Ragland Reign is currently hiring for the position of Production Manager. This role would require you to be in charge of how the production budget is spent, being the liaison for different departments and making sure that everything runs smoothly during filming. The ideal candidate MUST have experience as a production manager. Please view some of your key responsibilities listed below:

Key Responsibilities:

• Making sure that the production runs to schedule, and reporting to producers on progress
• Managing the production schedule and budget
• Managing the production team
• Approving the booking of resources, equipment and suppliers
• Professionally dealing with any problems that arise
• Making sure that insurance, health and safety rules, copyright laws and union agreements are followed
• Overseeing location bookings and arranging any necessary permissions and risk assessments
• Must be able to work an unpredictable schedule.
• Liaison for the different production departments

Requirements:

• Physical production experience in either a studio or freelance capacity preferred
• Ability to handle a fast paced environment simultaneously supporting multiple functions
• Ability to respond after hours for important, timely or urgent matters
• Team-player who operates in a fast paced, team-oriented setting
• Understanding of how to prioritize and respond accordingly
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to multitask
• Proficiency in Movie Magic, Jungle Software, and Google Suite
• Strong technology skills
• Great follow through
• Detailed oriented

Compensation + Benefits

• Total production time will be about 2.5 months.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $1,000.00 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Weekend availability

Work Location: On the road
