Camera crew needed for event B-roll and Interview recordings

Camera Operator is needed in Belgium.

The project entails recording interviews and backgound footage from a corporate event at the Royal Museums of Fine Arts of Belgium, Brussels May 23 between 08:00 and 13:00 . The guests arrive around 09 and leave the area where presentations are held to mingle and look at exhibitions around 12. We want to capture this as B-roll for future videos. This doesnt need any sound captured but instead needs to capture the energy of the room in video well. In total we need about 30 minutes of footage spead over the day,

The second task after the presentations, between 12 and 13, is to shoot 6 short interviews need to be filmed (each one max 10 minutes). These need to be shot so as to show that they were filmed on location, with people in the background and a hand held mic that our interviewer will hold. We would like 2 angles from which to cut between so 2 cameras will be needed.

We need delivery of the footage the same day as soon as possible to be able to edit them together for release the same and the next day.

Who I am:

I am project manager at We Don’t Have Time and I will be of the videos being created at this event and will be your point of contact for preparations. I will put you in contact with our interviewer on the ground and the company that are having the presentation at the venue.

Top Priorities:

Speed, accuraccy and an eye for detail to compose interesting B-roll footage.

Deadlines:

We need the footage from the interviews transferred to us as quickly as possible the same day, May 23, at 15:00 at the latest for at least two of the interview recordings.
