Así Studios and Marketing at TelevisaUnivision are looking for a Video Editor/Media Manager

to join our team

category. In the midst of this incredible growth, TelevisaUnivision is becoming marketers’

ultimate growth partner. We are looking for a talented editor to join the growing Así Studios

post-production team. This editor will create narrative/marketing content showcasing our

marketing solutions and capabilities that help brands better understand, engage, and develop

relationships with our audience.

ABOUT YOU:

You are excited about creating engaging content for large audiences. You are someone who can

edit narrative and marketing content in a polished and sophisticated manner. You are a

motivated team player who will support the post-production team for our new brand

studio. Reporting to our Post-Production Manager, you will bring organization and consistency,

through our early growth stages, as we become a fully scaled business unit.

YOUR DAY-DAY:

• QC and ingest raw footage and all assets needed for projects.

• Transcode, import, and export media and deliverables as needed at the beginning and end of

each project.

• Edit short form branded content pieces, award submissions, client presentations, brand/studio

sizzles under tight deadlines.

• Archive and media manage project assets in a custom MAM infrastructure.

• Efficiently create and prepare projects for various editors.

• Support edit team with project revisions, aspect ratio changes, cutdowns.

• Transcribe footage and create/edit .srt files for subtitling process

• Provide post-production support as needs arise.

• Edit marketing materials including studies, client presentations and event packages.

• Ideate with creative teams on concept development.

YOU HAVE:

• 4+ years of experience in a post-production environment editing professionally.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Working knowledge of current industry standards in video production and postproduction

workflows

• Advanced understanding of codecs and raw file formats

• Able to manage proxy workflows ensuring proper relinking using Davinci

Resolve/Media Encoder

• A strong visual storyteller who can execute on client and partner directives.

• Proven track record in creating professional narrative-driven branded content

initiatives.

• Ability to create narrative-driven content in Spanish, with basic written and oral

Spanish comprehension.

• High level of proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud Suites specifically in Premiere Pro,

After Effects and Photoshop.

• Great attention to detail and able to work under tight deadlines and large quantity of

projects.

• Highly organized and able to independently manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Able modify and customize After Effects compositions to meet individual project needs

• Comfortable work on both Mac and PC
