Job Summary

Integr8staff seeks a Production Artist with multicultural ad agency experience to produce and occasionally concept creative work for global brands on integrated marketing campaign efforts. You will design for broadcast, display banners, digital, social, campaigns and more.

Responsibilities

• Create or tweak assets and prep final delivery with accuracy and quality in Adobe CC.
• Work with creative teams to execute visuals and ensure quality production across display, digital, social, and video assets.
• Skilled communicator with the ability to explain design principles in easy-to-understand terms.
• Work towards achieving brand goals and vision for the art and deliver high quality assets
• Develop advertising collateral (including websites, digital banners, print ads, decks, situation mock-ups, layout design, retouching and color correcting photography, visual identity, platform wireframes, and social media content)
• Pre-flight print and web files
• Role will be fast-paced; requires organization & time management skills to prioritize and pivot as needed.
• Take existing creative assets and build out to different sizes/formats
• Identify and resolve any artwork issues that arise during production
• Be a self-starter who participates in technical and artistic problem-solving
• Be a team player and accept any and all aspects of design concept or production work
• Act as a creative who can develop adaptive design styles in accordance with project needs.

Requirements

• BA/BFA in Graphic Design or related field
• 1-2 years proven work experience as a Production Artist or Graphic Designer
• Strong design portfolio showcasing design capability
• Strong type-setting and layout, pitch deck and presentation design skills
• Color corrects and retouch photos for mock-ups, photo manipulation skills
• Proficient in Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign), Sketch, Figma, Keynote and Google Slides.
• Keen eye on design principles and elements, and be able to follow brand guidelines
• Knowledge of typesetting, composition, typography, color theory, layout and graphic design fundamentals
• Ad agency experience preferred
