Thank you for your interest in working with Lunautics and one of our partner brands for the Adjacent Festival 2023. We are staffing unique artists for a beauty bar as part of the festival experience June 15th and June 18, 2023 and are looking for talented artists to help get everybody ready during the show.

Let’s go over what we are looking for and see if this is the right fit for you! We are currently seeking candidates with the following qualities:

• Fun and friendly. You will be interacting with hundreds of ravers, so being personable is a must!
• Must have the ability to work independently & with a team.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure, ensuring that the customer’s vision is accurately achieved. Experience styling in a high volume, fashion-driven setting preferred.
• Must be extremely creative in order to effectively communicate the company aesthetic.
• This is an interactive role- customer service or retail experience is preferred.
• Ideal candidates will be located in the greater New Jersey area for the dates and times stated below. Candidates who are willing to travel will be considered, although accommodations are not provided with this role.
• Candidates must have a completed cosmetology license to be considered.

*This position is specifically for makeup artists only. Samples of your work are required for further consideration, training for basic styles will be provided.

Please be aware that some of the shifts for this event are evening shifts. Your availability on June 15th and June 18th 2023 must be open from the hours of 9am-1:00am. You will be scheduled for shifts within these time frames only.

As a freelance artist you are responsible for your transportation to and from the venue, and your prompt arrival and commitment to fulfilling the job responsibilities must be a priority.

Entrance to the festival is included as a Lunautics team member and you are welcome to enjoy the festival during breaks and before/ after your shift.
