Videographer and Photographer (All-in-One)

Videographer is needed in Stockholm, Sweden.

We are seeking a skilled and versatile videographer and photographer to document our upcoming event. As the videographer and photographer, you will be responsible for capturing multiple shots of speakers and participants throughout the event day. Your work will begin on May 31st at 8AM and conclude around 6PM, totaling a 10-hour work day. Additionally, on June 2nd, we have planned a visit to Danmora mine, where participants will be transported by bus from and to the venue in Stockholm, Elite Palace Hotel, located at Sankt Eriksgatan 115, 113 43 Stockholm. Your work will begin on June 2nd at 8AM and conclude around 4PM, totaling a 8-hour work day.

Responsibilities:

Capture clear and well-framed shots of speakers during their presentations, focusing on facial expressions, gestures, and visual aids.
Document engaging shots of participants networking, exchanging ideas, and interacting with each other, showcasing the positive atmosphere and engagement among attendees.
Ensure the capture of key moments such as panel discussions, Q&A sessions, and notable highlights throughout the event, highlighting the event’s dynamics and energy.
Showcase the venue, Elite Palace Hotel, and convey the overall ambiance of the event by capturing shots of the event setup, branding, decorations, and unique features that contribute to the atmosphere.
During the visit to Danmora mine, document participants’ experiences, interactions, exploration of the mine, and any remarkable sights or activities, capturing the sense of adventure and exploration.
Deliver a high-quality final product with professional clarity, proper lighting, and crisp audio, ensuring stable shots and well-edited content for a polished video and photo package.
