CONTRACT JAVA DEVELOPER

1+YEAR CONTRACT

$60-$64.00 PER HOUR

US CITIZEN/GREEN CARD HOLDER

We are looking for candidates that are in the Richmond area and are willing to come in the office once a month. Prefers local in state.

Minimum Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience developing React enterprise-grade web applications
• 1+ years of professional experience in Next.js
• Experience using Redux
• BS or equivalent degree in Computer Science or related field
• 6+ years of professional UI/UX experience
• Knowledge of TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
• Familiar with UI component libraries (Mui)
• Ability to write efficient, secure, and clean JavaScript code
• Building modular and reusable components and libraries
• Experience with Jest
• Experience using Git

Preferred

• Experience with Spring Boot
• Experience using KAFKA
• Knowledge of MongoDB
• Experience using Azure DevOps
• Familiar with Domain Driven Design concepts and patterns
• Knowledge of Micro Services
• Hands-on experience using Gradle

Responsibilities

• Develop mission critical user interfaces
• Write well designed, testable, efficient code
• Prepare and produce releases of software components
• Investigate, debug, and fix software defects
• Work collaboratively with a team in an Agile environment
• Prepare technical standards, provide technical advice and guidance, and collaborate with other programmers to conceptualize and develop design
• Support continuous improvement by staying up-to-date on front-end technology
