Job Description:

Phoenix-based real estate research firm has contracts available for photographers in or willing to travel around the greater OLYMPIA/TACOMA metropolitan and surrounding areas to take basic EXTERIOR property photographs of roughly 105 MULTIFAMILY (APARTMENT) /SELF STORAGE / OFFICE PROPERTIES starting ASAP and lasting approx. 2-4 weeks.

Requirements:

• Must have a digital camera
• High speed Internet (for assignments and uploads)
• Reliable transportation
• Must be 18 or older
• Must be local to the greater OLYMPIA/TACOMA area
• Some photo experience is required
• Must practice social distancing, wear appropriate face coverings, and be in compliance with all federal, state and local regulations regarding COVID-19

Job Details:

• Photographers are given approx. one week to complete the assignment
• Assignments typically contain 25-30 properties
• 15-20 unedited photos of the buildings exteriors should be taken and uploaded via a FTP connection
• Each property will take about 10-15 minutes to photograph as these are exterior shots only
• Depending on availability, you may be able to receive 2-3 assignments a week
• $15 per property
• This is a contract job

• Pay: $150.00 - $300.00 per day
