Contract: Temporary

Temporary Production Associate (6-12 weeks)

• Must maintain a professional attitude and standard at all times
• Completes packaging of medical devices with correct number and configuration of devices according to BOMs, routers, travelers and SOPs in a controlled environment / clean room
• Ensures that packaged products will meet the requirements of internal and external customers, never losing sight of the patient as the ultimate end customer
• Accurately completes required documentation throughout processing
• Completes final packaging quality assurance inspection, checking packaged devices for accuracy of labeling, packaging, configuration and count
• Ensures proper clean room procedures are followed in accordance with ISO standards.
• Pulls correct items from Finished Goods Inventory based on customer orders
• Processes customer orders by inspecting, selecting and inserting correct customer-specific inserts, and bagging and boxing with appropriate labels
• Maintains work spaces by ensuring production lines are neat, clean and organized
• Assists in other department functions as needed and requested by Team Lead / Production Supervisor

Qualifications:

• Ability to read, write and speak English
• Work a 9/80 schedule with a start time of 6:00 a.m.
• 2 to 5 years of medical device production experience preferred
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds
• Familiar with Excel, Word and Adobe Acrobat (PDF)
• Familiar with JD Edwards or similar MRP system preferred
• Clean room packaging experience preferred
• Ability to work as a team and work effectively under tight deadlines
