This position is responsible for web administrator work and technical support for the company. The personnel is responsible for setting up or maintaining company websites related to designing, problem shooting and modifying websites, from layout to function. The role also includes monitoring and maintaining the computer systems and networks within the company in a technical support role. Most findings will be reported to the Operations Manager. Tasks can include installing and configuring computer systems, diagnosing hardware/software faults and solving technical problems, either over the phone or face to face. As technical support, you may also be known as a helpdesk operator, technician or maintenance engineer.

Main responsibilities include but not limited to below:

• Manage Website Infrastructure. Build up and maintain company SHOPIFY websites ooohyeah.com,sockitupsocks.com, jywholesale.com and more if needed, ensures that company website runs efficiently and correctly to create a good impression of the company and improve ecommerce productivity.
• Monitor website performance. Web admin constantly evaluate website performance by checking metrics such as loading time and memory consumption. Going beyond the technical aspects, web admin also assess user feedback, effectiveness, and traffic, even exploring marketing techniques such as newsletters and SEO to draw more users into the website. Web admin is also responsible for the customer service of the websites.
• Provide Technical Support. Websites require constant maintenance after setup. Web admins must be proactive when addressing user concerns and resolving bugs. Additionally, upgrades and improvements are inevitable in the fast-paced world of tech, so it’s up to web admins to integrate these advances.
• Create and Update Web Pages. Web admins work directly with code and often update webpages to add content or tweak the layout. For large-scale changes such as expanding the website, they create new web pages based on wireframes, which they may design themselves.
• Evaluate Structure and Content. With their familiarity with the website and their role in updating it, web admin contribute to the development of a website’s structure, functionality, appearance, content, and performance, so web admin is also requested to learn the products and understand the line well.
• Working on virtual shows websites or websites with reps and customers if needed
• Working on digital marketing part eg. SEO, google ads, facebook ads efficiently for the website by himself is a PLUS OR working this part with marketing team
• Integrate data from various back-end services and databases, ensuring all technical systems are working together seamlessly;
• Create and maintain software documentation;
• Staying plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into operations and activities;
• Working with customers/employees to identify computer problems and advising on the solution;
• Testing and fixing faulty equipment.

Ability Request:

• Familiar with Shopify, at least 3 years experience
• Familiar with Word Press, at least 3 years experience
• Familiar with Mailchimp, at least 3 years experience
• Familiar with facebook ads and Google ads
