This will be a hybrid work model working Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday in the office and Monday and Friday remotely.
Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain electronic records and prepare and processes various forms.
- Plan, organize, and implement assigned projects across the organization.
- Gather, analyze, report, and maintain data, information, and statistical metrics from a variety of sources that support decision-making.
- Use various databases to manage processes.
- Work closely with the program office and marketing teams to track marketing deliverables to ensure completion.
- Update program training and administration materials.
- Assist with development and updating of program reports.
- Assist with streamlining internal operating procedures.
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager and Program Manager to manage critical components of the programâs operations infrastructure.
- Support engagement with partner organizations.
Qualifications
- Minimum bachelorâs degree with 3 or more years of working experience in the private or social sector.
- Entrepreneurial-minded problem solver and self-starter.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and start-up like environment.
- Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
- Passion for working with vulnerable or underserved populations.
- Experience managing day-to-day technical and design direction.
- Knowledge of multiple functional areas such as product management, engineering, UX/UI, sales, customer support, finance, or marketing.
- Ability to influence multiple stakeholders without direct authority.

The Advocate Manager will be responsible for the overall management of the team, including recruitment, hiring, onboarding, performance management, training and development, and support. The Advocate Manager will also be responsible for ensuring that the team is compliant with policies and procedures.
Skills & Qualifications
·BA/BS degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. A minimum of 3 yearsâ experience required. A minimum of 2 yearsâ experience required in a leadership role preferred.
