The Role:
The Creative Operations Team keeps the Tommy John customer at the forefront of all creative initiatives – working closely with the E-Commerce, Retail Stores, Wholesale, Marketing, Merchandise, and Design teams to create unique brand experiences online and offline. We are currently looking for a temp to perm creative operations coordinator with digital asset management experience and strong project management skills to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Own and manage Ecomm process, calendar, & execution from shot list/sample turn in through final color/asset approval
- Coordinate Ecomm shot list and sample turn-in meetings with merchant teams
- Collect and prepare Ecomm & Lifestyle samples for photo shoots, CGI, shoot & strips, and color corrections
- Manage shooting priorities in partnership with merchants
- Create shot list in a timely manner & communicate with vendors
- Check in assets from vendors to ensure corrections were executed properly
- Track and organize photo shoot samples between Tommy John & vendors
- Manage and execute all crops of final images for default view on site
- Own and lead final Ecomm asset reviews with merchant team
- Own communication of final asset delivery to site team and partners
- Own create of seasonal bundles
- Manage site swatch creation with vendors
- Manage all off-process Ecomm requests and updates
- Help drive Ecomm process changes that improve efficiency and cost of all the above
- Own and manage creative assets in Digital Asset Management (DAM) system
- Own uploading and assigning metadata to final lifestyle and Ecomm imagery
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree is preferred but not required
- At least 2-3+ years of professional experience in project management
- Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills
- Must be meticulous with details
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Highly motivated team player with the ability to build cross-functional relationships
- Exceptional communication and writing skills
- Proficient in Google Docs and Adobe Photoshop
- Experience with DAM is a plus (but not required)
- Ability to laugh and have fun!
