Who are we hiring?

Reporting to SVP, Talent Management and Garden of Dreams Foundation, the Designer will design, best-in-class learning curriculum focused on core skills and leadership function/ role-based development, customer service programs and guest facing employees.

What will you do?

• Create, develop and deliver high quality, engaging learning and developmental content aligned with the latest L&D and inclusion best practices
• Create and prepare training materials and curate on-line content and general content management on LMS – develop training aids including handbooks, demonstration models, multimedia visual aids, digital aids
• Conduct needs analyses to assess requirements of target audiences to improve performance, including meetings with subject matter experts and research to validate content needs to determine the appropriate learning solution

What do you need to succeed?

• 3-5+ years of experience in instructional design within the customer service environment, with high-level proficiency in authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or Camtasia.
• Relevant experience in corporate setting delivering instructional design products
• Proven record to develop and deliver trainings and workshops for a wide range of learners and subject areas.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and in a timely fashion
• Innovation, communication, facilitation, design thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to build strong relationship with peers and senior leadership
• Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments that require agility while demonstrating sound judgement
• Advance level experience with MS Office, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Teams, virtual instructional design tools; synchronous/asynchronous learning strategies
