Location: Minneapolis-Saint Paul, United States

Contract: Contractor, Temporary, Part Time, Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Photographing the property
• Arriving on-time
• Uploading images to our servers
• Handling scheduling, editing, client communications, image deliveries, client billing, complaint resolution, and other administrative and logistical tasks

Contractor Requirements:

• Commitment to excellent customer service
• Ability to follow specifications
• Available 3-7 days a week
• Flexible Schedule
• Reliable Internet connection
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Smartphone (iPhone or Android)
• Meeting all equipment requirements

Equipment Requirements:

• Digital SLR Body; capable of Bracketing 5/2 in AEB mode
• Wide Angle Lens 10-20mm equivalent (no prime lenses)
• Sturdy Tripod
• 3 Axis Tripod Head
• A computer capable of processing HDR Images

Not Essential but an advantage:

• Matterport 3D Tour experience creating these tours
• FAA Part 107 License
• Having a Drone with suitable camera

Experience:

• Real Estate Photography: 1 year (Required)

Pay:

$30.00 - $150.00 per hour
