Location: Dover, NH
Contract: Part-time
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate production efforts with editing team and address issues we might have with files missing from contractors
- Photo Editing
- Managing and tracking production flow in Monday.com
- Collaborate with the Customer Experience Lead to deliver finished product to clients
- Submit requests for wedding album production with clientâs finished product
- Tracking production timelines to meet contractual deadlines
- Audit all finished edited photos & videos from editing team to ensure quality control on deliverables
- Conduct qualitative contractor audits
- Carefully curate professional wedding photographers & videographers
- General production quality control
- Manage our Talent Network Coordinator position

QUALIFICATIONS
- One or more years experience as a professional wedding photographer and/or videographer
- One or more years experience in wedding photo/video editing
- Speed, accuracy, and proper grammar use mandatory
- Highly organized and efficient
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Experience with platforms like DocuSign, Trello, Slack, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Salesforce.com, Monday.com, and more.
Pay: $300.00 per week
