Contract: Part-time

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate production efforts with editing team and address issues we might have with files missing from contractors
• Photo Editing
• Managing and tracking production flow in Monday.com
• Collaborate with the Customer Experience Lead to deliver finished product to clients
• Submit requests for wedding album production with client’s finished product
• Tracking production timelines to meet contractual deadlines
• Audit all finished edited photos & videos from editing team to ensure quality control on deliverables
• Conduct qualitative contractor audits
• Carefully curate professional wedding photographers & videographers
• General production quality control
• Manage our Talent Network Coordinator position

QUALIFICATIONS

• One or more years experience as a professional wedding photographer and/or videographer
• One or more years experience in wedding photo/video editing
• Speed, accuracy, and proper grammar use mandatory
• Highly organized and efficient
• Exceptional communication skills
• Ability to multitask
• Experience with platforms like DocuSign, Trello, Slack, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Salesforce.com, Monday.com, and more.

Pay: $300.00 per week
