Acting as a Centre of Excellence to support all ALDI countries, the International Media team is on a mission to lead the development of a world class media and advertising operation within the ever-changing grocery sector. As an experienced Retail Media Manager, you will play a key role developing, structured and leading retail media propositions at Aldi. Your New Role:

  • Develop Aldi’s Retail Media go to market trial propositions/strategy, across on-line and in-store channels and multiple countries
  • End to end proposition development from sales strategy through to campaign delivery for trials
  • Work with countries to established revenue generating RM trials in each local market
  • Identify technology requirements and process to support trial launches
  • Manage multiple stakeholders to get trials live, leveraging internal teams and external partner
  • Define and launch retail media measurement approach strategy
  • Track and monitor trial performance and measure success

About you:

  • Strong background in Retail Media Market place, both on-line and in-store
  • Good digital media knowledge
  • Complex stakeholder management experience
  • Experience working within a fast-paced environment
  • A systematic and analytical approach to problem solving
  • Exceptional communication skills and confident communicating with various stakeholders.
  • Project delivery in multi-national environments
  • Strong leadership skills

  • Salary from £58,715 to £90,615
  • Monday- Friday 8am to 5pm, with an office on demand working model in our Tamworth office (you only come into the office when requested)
