Job Description

• We are looking for a brilliantly resourceful and proactive Casting Producer to join on an FTC until the end of the year to source and book talent for our branded content campaigns across the LADbible Group suite of brands.
• You will need to have an understanding of casting from a brand integration perspective, social media platform experience (specifically Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok), and production legalities and licensing.

What the opportunity looks like

• Research original and on-brief real-life stories and contributors for our branded campaigns
• Manage casting requirements across projects from pre-production to delivery
• Oversee contributor relationships including: duty of care, background checks, contracts, usage, buyout fees etc
• Establish strong and trusted relationships directly with contributors and negotiate costs with agencies where necessary
• Arrange casting tapes, auditions, and attend shoots
• Liaise with our in-house production team and delivery teams to ensure successful execution of branded campaigns

Skills and experience we’d like you to have

• Experience as a Casting Producer at a production company or publisher
• Social media experience across Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Snap is a must
• Passion for discovering, pitching, and managing contributors and sharing their untold stories
• Understanding of content from an audience and publisher perspective, as well as a brand and client point of view
• Demonstrable working experience within a fast-paced environment with quick turnarounds and niche casting
