Position Description:

• As an Associate Outsource Artist, you will support various Art and Outsource Teams in the development of new and exciting content for players.
• Focusing on 2D illustration and concept design outsourcing, the ability to communicate clear guidance and feedback will be essential to delivering high value and quality assets to players.
• You will be well-versed in and follow our illustration and concept art pipelines, collect and create reference materials and briefs, deliver them to our external partners, and assist with feedback as art assets are completed.

Responsibilities:

• Collaboration & Communication - You will collect submissions from our external partners and present them to the internal team in collaborative review sessions. Feedback and direction will be provided, which you will compile into a clear and easily digestible format to be delivered and communicated back to the vendor.
• Asset Management - We’d like you to make sure our art assets are clean, organized and defined correctly so we can access them easily.
• Problem Solving - You will report and support efforts to remove roadblocks that hinder partner progress and keep track of recurring issues and develop a systemic solution.
• Art Support - You will leverage your art background in providing paintovers, fixing issues, ensuring consistent quality and functionality across outsourced content ready to be integrated into the game.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience with Adobe Photoshop.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to talk to technical staff, artists, and producers.
• Experience working on asset management and maintaining asset pipelines.
• Strong knowledge of and technical skills in concept art and illustration.

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience creating and integrating art in a production environment.
• Experience with Unreal 4.

Salary:

$35.58 - $43.29 per hour
