Description

Our Public Sector Client is looking for 4x Senior Software Developers to join their team.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and technical advice to colleagues.
• Provide advice and support to the third parties connecting.
• Participate in requirements analysis.
• Collaborate with internal teams to produce software design and architecture.
• Write clean, scalable code using .NET programming languages.
• Test and deploy applications and systems.
• Revise, update, refactor and debug code.
• Improve existing software.
• Develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Serve as an expert on applications and provide technical support.

Skills and Experience

• Proven experience as a .NET Developer or Application Developer within .NET Frameworks.
• Proven understanding of .NET compatible programming languages especially C#.
• Proven effectiveness of working within Agile methodologies such as SCRUM.
• Proven experience with the ASP.NET framework, SQL and design/architectural patterns.
• Experience of working within Azure DevOps.
• Experience in working with CI/CD Pipelines.
• Experience with HL7 v 2.x and FHIR messaging standards.
• Familiarity with architecture styles/APIs (REST, RPC).
• ITIL service management awareness.
• Knowledge of Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS) preferably including Oracle Database 19c but others such SQL, MYSQL, and PostgreSQL.
• Requirements analysis.
• Service Broker.
• Experience of writing unit tests and working with test automation and supporting Software Developer Engineer in Test colleagues to ensure good unit test coverage of the application.
• Practical experience in monitoring a database and developing database maintenance plans.

Qualifications

Degree level education in relevant IT related subject or equivalent experience.
