Job Description:

As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for crafting, implementing, and managing social media strategies for our clients. You will be liaising with external content creation partners to develop engaging content for social media campaigns. Regular reporting to clients about the performance of the strategies and suggesting improvement ideas will be a key aspect of your role. Your role will also require staying updated with the latest social media trends and technologies, creating a robust network via social media with industry professionals and influencers, and researching the client’s target audience and industry competitors in the US.

Location:

Mostly remote, but application should be residing near Los Angeles and able to commute to office if necessary

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management.
• Excellent multitasking skills.
• Exceptional research skills.
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
• Solid organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Japanese communication skills will be highly regarded.
• Knowledge of Anime, Manga, and games (both video and mobile) will be highly regarded as well.

Skills and Abilities:

• Expert knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, Snapchat, and other social media best practices.
• Good understanding of social media KPIs.
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
• Team player.
• Good time-management skills.

Employment will be contract-based with hours ranging from 20 - 40 per week. The salary range will be approximately $25 - $50 per hour, commensurate with experience and skills.
