MAIN PURPOSE & SCOPE OF THE JOB

• To be the lead project manager for digital OOH campaigns; to act as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders (including clients)
• 3-4 month freelance position

DUTIES & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Production/Project management
• Day-to-day production contact for campaigns
• Attending regular client meetings; providing updates and progress reports to clients; managing queries and change requests
• Briefing and managing internal development and design teams
• Writing and maintaining project documentation (e.g. scope of work documents, functional specifications)
• Setting clear objectives/timelines and ensuring these are kept to and revised as appropriate with input from internal and external stakeholders
• Monitoring the project process and adherence to systems and processes; escalating where necessary
• Managing third party suppliers and/or freelancers
• Maintaining a high level of confidentiality at all times and exercising discretion and good judgement when dealing with data (GDPR)

PERSONAL SPECIFICATION

Skills & abilities

• Multitasking: a proven ability to work on multiple complex projects and/or elements of a large project simultaneously
• Attention to detail: a full understanding of the project scope in order to quickly and effectively manage queries and change requests
• Ability to perform to tight deadlines and under pressure
• Clear and confident communicator: this role will involve communicating and building strong relationships with a large number of internal and external stakeholders
• Problem solving: proactive solutions for creative or technical problems that might arise during the project

Experience:

• Essential: at least 3-5 years as a producer/project manager in a digital/creative/agency setting
• Ideal: experience of working on digital OOH projects, augmented reality (AR) and web apps

Salary:

£200.00-£250.00 per day
