About you and the role:

• You will be accountable and have full ownership for adapting product artwork, including the monthly magazine, packaging, brochures, information leaflets, pricelists, and digital content, ensuring they align with brand guidelines and effectively communicate our brands/products’ key features.
• You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the job from start to finish, including finalising files for print and liaising with the printer.
• Shared ownership of the company’s design files, ensuring they are organised and maintained in our asset library, and are visible and easily shared with the wider team.
• You will have full control of your own workload and will be able to work at pace and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Communicate confidently and effectively with the marketing team and wider business.
• You will be responsible for leading various creative projects and working cross functionally to ensure a high standard of delivery.
• Adapt existing artwork to alternative layouts and formats.
• You will always work to a high standard and courageously enhance your skills with the tools provided.
• Have full ownership to ensure high quality and accurate work is delivered, demonstrating your ability to focus on the detail and you are proud of the result.
• You will have full ownership to ensure all deadlines are met and work is completed in relation to any benchmarks set.
• You will have a positive, collaborative, and committed approach to work.

Your Skills:

• Highly skilled in the use of Adobe Photoshop, InDesign & Illustrator is essential.
• A focused and meticulous eye for details, together with the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven artwork experience – a portfolio of your past work that you’re proud to share would be great to see.
• Well organised with great time management skills, allowing you to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• It is desired that you have three years’ experience in a similar role but not essential.
• Motivated with a proactive approach to work, but also a strong team player.
• A connected communicator with ability to understand instructions and contribute ideas with clarity.
• Forge strong relationships across the business, connecting proactively and positively with all stakeholders.
• Have a good understanding of all printing processes and repro ready artwork.
• Be able to use initiative and be comfortable with being accountable for the full requirements of your role.
• A good understanding of typography, layout, and creative trends.

Salary: £14.30 per hour
