Technical operations representative (on-site support) - Freelance

Project Manager is needed in Manchester, United Kingdom.

At Twine AI, we are looking for organised and enthusiastic individuals to help run a large-scale data collection project as Technical operations representatives.

Your role:

We are looking for organised and enthusiastic individuals with a background in technical operations and on-site support for a large-scale data collection project. You will play a vital role in keeping the project running and liaising with the team on-site. Alongside this, you will be required to handle and upload the data at the end of each working day.

Responsibilities:

• Transporting all equipment for the project to and from the location each day
• Setting up and dismantling of equipment each day
• Setting up electrical devices for the sales team
• Deliver technical training and support to the sales team
• Brief the sales team each day on learnings from the day before
• Being on call throughout the day in case we need assistance with any logistical matter
• Taking all data collected each day off the devices and uploading. (to be done at the end of each day so the phones are cleared for the next)
• Carry out quality checks on data collected
• Organising the data into a file structure specified and making corrections to data files.
• Carry out device maintenance each evening

Requirements:

• Will need to have a car for transporting equipment and getting to and from the site quickly
• Be an organised, reliable individual with good time-keeping skills.
• Have a background or evidence of previous operations work.
• Have some experience in data transfer and knowledge of iPhones
• Ability to handle data in line with GDPR
• Ideally, have an Apple Mac laptop to deal with the data transfer with good security software.
• Full availability throughout Monday-Friday (dates to be confirmed). This will run into the evening for the data transfer side of the role.
• Must be located in Manchester, Birmingham or Sheffield (or willing to easily travel across the north of the UK)

You will be paid a generous day rate for your work at a fixed rate.

Travel and expense not included (although these should be minimal)
