Knowledge Management, Inc. is seeking a Webmaster in to join our team of qualified and diverse individuals to support the Managed Solutions division @ Department of State.

The managed services division will support 23 different recruiters to assist in social media requirements around vacancy announcements.

The managed services need to allow for agile, creative, responsive support to aid the ever-changing needs of the recruiters. Support design for social media and some copy writing editing will be needed. This would include project management around the understanding of DOS diversity mandates and coordination of efforts.

It will require a gatekeeper knowing what is in scope and out of scope in accordance with the gov mandates and ability to move forward and prioritize tasks.

Webmaster Role and Responsibilities:

• Expert experience with coding programs such as python, TSS, and Lynda
• Expert experience in WordPress and associated plugins
• Expert experience with programming
• Moderate to expert level of experience in graphic design programs such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and Photoshop to include the creation and editing of infographics
• Experience with data analytics capture
• Moderate to expert level of proficiency with SharePoint to organize and maintain SP marketing content
• Expert in reviewing website and web content (including PDF, MP4, etc.) for 508 accessibility and broken links and correcting as needed (to include link redirects are accurate and updated)
• Experience in identifying forum content and spam to protect the site
• Moderate expert of compliance of video captioning guidelines
• Moderate expert at editing web-based video content
• Must have excellent analytical and project management skills and ability to multitask and perform under short deadlines
• Experience optimizing website content to include continuous review for consistency, accuracy, and perform edits and updates
• Experience in reviewing and making recommendations for website Search Engine Optimization improvements
• Experience with providing expert customer service and working with constituent offices

Required:

• 10+ years of experience
• Minimum of an active Secret clearance
